A very quick smoothie with next to no measuring which is the perfect ‘Pick Me Up’ for a busy parent. I love smoothies especially on days after we have been to castings or filming. It can be quick exhausting for us adults and sometimes it is just good to have a recipe we can throw together.
I have borrowed my In-Laws Kenwood Multi Pro which has a liquidiser attachment which is fantastic. I have also got a Annabel Karmel Hand Blender from years and years ago when my boys were babies. This is just as good at blending a smoothie if you don’t mind a few small bits.
A Splash of Coconut Milk (add more of less to your own taste)
A tablespoon of Meridian Peanut Butter (appx)
6 Strawberries (appx)
- Add all the ingredients in your mixer.
- Check to see if it is the right texture for you. You can either add more milk or more ingredients to change this.
Mine made enough for 1 smoothie for lunch with some extra which I have in a bottle in the fridge for later.
